Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. HallowVault covers return shipping for verified defects, transit damage, or incorrect items.
Prior authorization is required. Email support@hallowvault.shop or use our Contact page before sending anything back. If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided directly to you.
Approved refunds are processed within five business days after inspection. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
